The balance of the stay will be automatically charged to the same payment method 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

Any booking cancellation must be communicated to the number +39 349 3221285 or by mail to info@jdapartments.it.

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the expected date of arrival, the same is free and the amount paid as a deposit will be fully refunded.

After the aforementioned term, 50% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged, equivalent to the deposit (advance).

JD Apartments reserves the right to charge the total amount due in case of cancellations in the last week before check-in.

The guest who decides to interrupt the stay early is not due a refund of the booked and paid period.

NoShow: In case of no-show, no refund is foreseen.
