Finished and fully furnished, the Kippis is located in Taranto in the district of the recruitment centers of the Navy, Air Force and the Carabinieri School. It is also convenient for reaching the beauties of the city center in just a few minutes.

Composed of an open space entrance with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a spacious bedroom with double bed and possibly a cot, wardrobe and smart TV, living room furnished with a sofa bed that converts into a French double bed and smart TV. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and a veranda with a space dedicated to smoking guests complete the large and bright rooms.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and free wifi connection and set up with bed linen and towels as well as a small welcome breakfast.

A fenced parking space is reserved for guests inside the residence with two driveways.
